He was professional, and courteous and made us feel welcome at the dealership. He explained all the ins and outs of our new car clearly and informatively. He was very patient with me (as I am not very computer savvy!) To be honest, we had first gone to another Toyota dealer closer to home and were not happy with the atmosphere there. “I can see why my boyfriend drives an hour in a half for his allergy injection. Staff is friendly and professional and amazing. I watch a staff member ask a parent if they would like something for the little to color while they completed their paperwork. The child was everywhere and looked very frustrated. That’s the reason why I writing this review. I know how hard it is to do paperwork and have a toddler with you. So to have something they can do so the mom can get the paperwork done is amazing. if I ever need an allergist I will be coming to the Bowie office.”

“Getting a appointment was a breeze! I was in urgent need of getting my wisdom teeth removed due to having a big cavity on one of them. The front desk staff are so courteous and personable! The office was beautifully appointed. The doctor and Nurse (I’m pretty sure her name is Debbie) are so nice and knowledgeable they answered all my questions and felt comfortable with my procedure. The surfer went great and actually only had a little swelling the first day. If I ever need any more dental help (hopefully I don’t lol) I will definitely come back.”
