Dr. Cheryl Joseph-Sonceau was exceptionally helpful with my entire process. She was very attentive to my needs and worked with me for me to be able to get back into wearing contacts. She’s very informative and easy to reach through the KP App outside of scheduled appointment times. I highly recommend her and her team for all of your optometry needs.

I had my first visit with Dr. Joseph and Vivian today. Vivian was a breath of fresh air, she made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Joseph was patient and took her time with me.

My next appointment was with Dr. Samuels and Keisha; we laughed, got down to business, and they were professional. I am happy I made Marlow Heights my home location and grateful to have had safe, timely, and professional service from four amazing women. Keep up the great work ladies. I also made it to work on time.

It’s hard to find veins in my arm to give blood but Valerie did an amazing job and I didn’t even feel when the needle pierced my arm. If I could have Valerie present every time I needed to give blood that would be awesome. Definitely my go to Kaiser when I need to get labs done.

Velina Murry-Daniels gave amazing over the top customer service. I am more than pleased with her level of professionalism. She also a since of humor, which is needed it these difficult times. It is solely because of her that I will recommend Kaiser to anyone seeking a health care provider. Her spirit and kindness was contagious. She truly made me smile.
