(April 2, 2021, 12:26 pm)I have previously had horrendous experience with tile & flooring vendors. After multiple order, backorder and canceled orders I found Sita online. People actually answer the phone! They are helpful! I was able to go in to the contractor's counter with a list of samples I wanted, they were pulled in about 5 minutes, I took them outside and made a selection, walked back in and purchased them, drove around back and a pallet was loaded o to the back of my truck in 15-20 minutes. I will never go anywhere else again!

(January 20, 2020, 8:59 pm)Amazing service and prices. Totally worth the drive up from NOVA. They distribute to several tile store so if you find it there you are paying a 3x markup. The same curb piece at tilestore was 120 here 45. I will absolutely return. Selection is good. Not great so set expectations when browsing their showroom.
