Roaches and Mice where? There is none!! I came from New York to stay with my Son while he was Quarantined.. I did not see not one roach or Mice..I highly recommend this property. Also, the grounds are well kept. Unfortunately, I have to go back to New York. However, keep up the Good work!!

The bad reviews on here are far from the truth. My experience so far at Cheverly Gardens has been amazing. The staff are helpful and pretty nice. Adrienne is awesome! She helped me with my application process and everything else I needed help with. She’s professional, patient and polite. The unit is spacious, clean and affordable. Give them a call and check it out for yourself.
