Open 24 hours, are very informative and are willing to offer you guidance regarding whatever matter you are dealing with. In particular, I dealt with an uninsured motorist collision (which I have never done in the past). My vehicle was totaled, a complete loss.
When I called to ask questions, they answered them all.
Even had my true test copy of the police report ready to go for me, knowing I was on my way to pick it up.
Lastly, I offered to purchase another true test copy. But they were kind enough to create another copy for me for my own records.
I intend to return to the barracks for further insight regarding the matter; and other unrelated topics. I am glad I am dealing with this location rather than one that’s actually close to home. The drive is totally worth it.
They don’t play around. And the lack of positive reviews is no surprise. I’m sure those individuals were not interacting with these officers for mere “assistance”. I sense they were only dealing with them due to their own fault. Otherwise, there is no reason for anything but a positive review!
