Wow, where do I begin! Absolutely stellar service from start to finish. Brandon was extremely responsive to all questions, very clear in his communication, was on time, and truly provided a quality service at an affordable price. He did every single thing he said he was going to do, without any hassling or haggling. I really appreciated his attention to detail, observance of COVID protocols and quality workmanship.

I wish all businesses were like this. I can't recommend Blue Diamond enough. I will be spreading the word!

I was moving out of my place and needed my carpet cleaned. I reached out to Brandon, the owner of Blue Diamond, he was able to accommodate my last minute appointment request and he did it without hesitation. Brandon was on time and friendly, and he not only took Covid precautions but he wore shoe coverings while cleaning the carpet. I had my carpet cleaned back in January by a different company and not only did they not have the shoe coverings, they went straight into the cleaning.

Brandon explained he was going to vacuum first,
then clean, he said that if you go straight to steam
cleaning the carpet that any dust or dirt that's there just gets swirled around deeper into the carpet. While he was more thorough, the process only took about an hour to clean my studio.

My house previous owners really didn't care to much about choosing quality carpets. Lets say the carpet is a pure magnet for dirt and really needed a serious cleaning.
