I have been going to dentist for about 70 yrs. Today was the best dental exam I have ever had. Dr. Brown was very thorough and professional. Brittany was very professional, engaging and customer oriented. The front desk intake worker was very warm and friendly. I was greeted with a smile. I did not have to wait to be seen. The waiting area was clean and neat. I was handled very professional from the beginning to the end of my appointment. It's very hard to find this kind of service now. I referred both of my sisters today. Keep up the excellent services.

It's always a pleasure to see good people and friendly faces. They consistently give professional and efficient service. Layla listened to my issues and was very gentle and patient with me. Dr. Brown came in afterwards to check on me and to make sure I was taken care of (which I was). I felt like my mouth had a day at the spa. Can't wait to come back.

This was my first visit to Dr. Wayman Jay Brown’s office. The staff were so professional and top notch. In this day and age it is so hard to find such expertise knowledge, friendly & organized staff and a state of the art facility all wrapped up in one. While going to the dentist is not one of my favorite activities, my visit to Dr. Brown’s office was exactly that and a great experience! I had another exceptional visit with Dr Brown & the team at Progressive Dental. From reception to checkout, everyone was friendly and professional, having me in & out quickly. I love that I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes for my appointment to begin. Too many businesses don’t seem to value the time of their customers, often making you wait for unreasonable durations before being seen, but that’s not the case at PDS. Great job all around!! I give them my highest possible endorsement.
