Dr. Ashok L. Gowda, MD

My husband and I have lived here 4 months now and love it. This community allows you to feel more like a home but have all of the great amenities of an apartment. The pool and walking trail are my favorite! Skyler, in the front office, is phenomenal. She is attentive and responds to any of our inquiries immediately. There is also another woman, who I can’t remember her name, but was helping out while the management staff was on a retreat - she took such great care of my brothers when they toured. She knew they needed a handicap unit and went above and beyond assisting us. Thank you Skyler and Mansions at oak point for making our time here great!

We have been here over a month now. And I can say it has been wonderful. Brand new never lived in so yes we found little things that needed maintenance. Which within hours or next day they were out here fixing . And pest control is awesome. I am by lots of trees and expected some ants and spiders. Haven’t seen ants since pest control came out! Definitely happy and friendly neighbors! Couldn’t ask for more .

Me and my girlfriend were blown away when we first came out and toured. We toured other places (apartments) but ended up coming back the same day and filling out an application with The Mansions. They had everything we wanted (a yard for our dogs, and a garage). Not only did they let us tour all available units and pick out the one we wanted, they were extremely nice and transparent from the beginning with fees and prices (which were extremely reasonable compared to every other place we toured). They were available before hours for any questions we had while filling out the application and extremely helpful.

After moving in, I continue to be amazed! The staff is so helpful, the community is well kept and clean and upon moving in my unit was spotless, highly recommend. Everyone in the office is amazing, Jesse, Paige and Skylar!

Very nice complex. We toured here and we knew it was very nice but once we started moving all our stuff in that's when we realized just had spacious and nice this place is. We went from what we thought was a roomy 2 bedroom home to a 1 bedroom here and to our surprise we have way more room here at our new 1 bedroom than we did at our 2 bedroom. Very nice appliances, floors, I love the fence and so do my dogs, there is nothing that is not high quality and nice really. Now with the staff here all I really know so far is they are very nice and have helped us with everything that we could need help with. Really can't ask for more from them because so far they have been on top of everything making sure we are taken care of. The entire place is very clean and well kept. We have not come in contact with any maintenance personnel yet but if they are anything like our experience so far they will be great. Skyler for the win.

In late December, I fell at home. While falling, I heard a snap. I thought it was a sprain. The doctor at urgent care told me it was a nondisplaced fracture. The urgent care doctor referred me to Dr. Gowda.

I went to Dr. Gowda's Greenbelt office several times over five months. The process was relatively straightfoward. (I did not need surgery.) I would get a prescribed x-ray, come in for a follow up to find out how the bone was healing. I had the opportunity to ask any questions I had. Thankfully, my insurance covered most of the bills.

I found Dr. Gowda's care helpful, as I never broke a bone before. I highly recommend his orthopedic practice.

He is a very humble and spend quality time with patient

I have been a patient of Dr. Gowda's for several years now. He and his staff are the most friendly people and I am completely satisfied with my experience every time I go to visit. Dr. Gowda performed surgery on my hand last year and I could not be more happy with the results. Excellent surgeon, excellent staff and one happy patient!
