I was looking for a storage unit and was impressed by ALL the positive reviews Terri received, figuring with such outstanding customer service reviews, then the facility would be just as outstanding. Well needless to say, Terri sold me!

Her level of care and compassion for her work is beyond reproach. In fact, while she gave me a tour of the site, she stopped and excused herself to pick up debris, WOW!

She’s is very knowledgeable and provided me with the information needed to make an informed decision. Terri was thorough, providing an overview of the information twice to ensure I understood.

Okay, here is where things went from outstanding to poor customer service - Elijah! I went to the facility on Saturday at 5:00, completely forgetting the information that Terri provided verbal and written - My Bad 😀. Well the office was open, I entered and here is where I encountered Elijah. He wasn’t necessarily rude, but he was very short and dismissive, which is unprofessional. He’s level of service is polar opposite of Terri’s, but I shouldn’t be surprised, based on the number of reviews he has received.

In short, if Terri leaves, then so does my business, I’m certain I’m not the only customer who shares this sentiment. I don’t want to imagine having to
Elijah.
