Ive lived here for 9 years. I enjoy the peace that cant be found in most large complexes.

Lived here for about 4 months now no problems love it here my neighbors are very friendly and it’s very quiet around here

I have live in the Landover community all my life and I have nothing bad to say about it. As far as Lansdowne apartments my experience BOTH times was nothing but pleasant and satisfying. I moved to Lansdowne back in 2007, moved to Silver Spring for my job and was so DISAPPOINTED. At Lansdowne I had NO ISSUES with rodents, maintenance, or the rental office. When I sent emails they were responded to in a timely manner, and whatever Rhonda Gordon the Community Manager said she followed through with. During my walkthrough whatever I wasn’t satisfied with was taken care of; I mean I don’t understand the negative reviews. On top of my good experience I’ve had family members live in the community for YEARS and have NOTHING negative to say. The grounds are clean, trash was never overflowing, people weren’t hanging out in front of the building and I didn’t have bugs so what else can you ask for? Finally, I want to say that if you live in any community and you paying your money to live there complain to the rental office about unnecessary noise, grounds, trash, maintenance, safety, and bugs and give management a chance to fix it. Stop coming and making reviews without working it out with management first because you are deterring others with the negativity.
