DENNIS AND HIS STAFF IS AMAZING AND I WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE. HE IS VERY TALENTED AND AND AN EXPERT IN HIS FIELD I WOULD RECOMMEND METRO PROSTHETICS TO ANYONE.
SO BEFORE YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT HIS WORK YOU NEED TO REMEMBER NO TWO AMPUTEES ARE ALIKE AND SOMETIME YOU HAVE TO BE PATIENT AND LET THEM DO THE WORK AND BELIEVE ME DENNIS WILL HAVE YOU WALKING ON WATER.
TO START OFF MY MAN DENNIS COULD TELL ME YHE SKY IS GREEN AN I WOULD BELIVE HIME FOR 2 METRO HAS MADE ME SEVERAL LEGS TILL IT WAS TITE DUE TO FAST VOLUME CHANG AN INSTEAD OF BASHING SOME ONE GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO HELP YOU IM SURE YA DIDNY AN FOR 3 U WERE PROVIDED A SEEVICE AN AFTER U SIGHN OFF THEY STILL FIX U UP HATE WHEN PEOPLE TALK TRASH LOVE YOU HUYS SO DOES THW WHOLE FAMILY!!!!!!
One of my family members have been a patient of Metro Prosthetics for 8 years. We have had exceptional service from all employees. It is a great business to receive these type of services. I would highly recommend this business to all my friends an family.
My husband has been a patient of Metro Prosthetics for 11 years. Metro is more then a place to go and get an artificial limb. They are family to all of they patients. All of Metro Prosthetics employees are very supportive, caring & always willing to help you in any way they can. I would highly recommend Metro Prosthetics to everyone!!!
Wow ! The previous reviewer is way off base. He (or she), tells a tale that I find very difficult believe. The entire staff at Metro has been nothing but responsive, professional, and compassionate in every encounter and every circumstance.
There is a science and an art to making a well fitting prosthetic. Due to my body changes I've had numerous occasions to return for an adjustment or a new design. Accommodation of my needs and speed of service were at all times, outstanding.
The effective way to solve a problem is by working through it verbally. Telling what to me seems to be a tall tale because of some lack of communication is disrespectful and childish. Trying to undermine a stellar practice / provider as a keyboard warrior is wrong.
Just call them up and try to work through it.
