Coach Specialists of Texas - Mansfield

I used Coach Specialists due to the reviews and there ability to start work on the repair sooner than later. I hit a stone mailbox with my motor home (accidents happen). Andy was my service advisor and he was very good in his communication about what needed to be done. They do great follow up and go out of their way to make you happy. If there are details that you're unhappy with, they try to make them right ! They work great with my Good Sam Insurance, I had no issues. I Would use them again , but since it was body work , I hope I don't need to!

Karen & staff were very respectful & very diligent on helping me with any questions & concerns I had. Being already a T mobile customer they made my experience feel very authentic & genuine to the point where I’m a very satisfied consumer & plan on stay with the service for a very long time. I would recommend anybody to go this store if they have any problems or questions. They handle things very professionally with an uplifting, positive energy where you feel welcomed. Would rate a 10 if I could!!!
