The service was excellent and all questions were answered professionally. I learned some things I didn’t know previously.

I have visited this store a number of times and have always had a great experience. My last two vists was with Anna (she brings so much positive energy) in her customer service skills. Always so pleasant and willing to go the extra mile and always with a smile. I also noticed another Verizon Staff member assisting a number of customers while I waited for my uploads and down loads 🤣😂 to complete. His name was Antoine, man that's the true meaning of leading by example. His professionalism was outstanding and his knowledge of Verizon is on point. To see such great customer service in one store by two very professional and diligent workers, made my Verizon experience great.

I visited store today for several issues. Anna & Chad were great. Anna was working with a customer so she really didn't understand my question or say have a seat but I saw her deal with other customers & she was so pleasant. One employee pointed out that I needed help. Chad came over & instantly solved an issue nobody else could solve. I asked for a chair because the stool had no support & my back was aching because the phone call to Verizon took awhile & I was told no but Anna got one for me. All issues were resolved, I will be back.

Great service today from Steven! Steven was personable, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions about the various model phones, showed me a few models, transferred my content to my new purchase and helped me with accessories. Bottom line, he was patient. I was in and out of the store in a reasonable amount of time. Very impressive. Never expected this type of service especially on a Sunday after Christmas. Thanks!
