Had an imaging appointment today, a first at DCH’s facility. My visit went exceptionally well. As soon as I entered the office I was greeted by Mario who was happy to be there, and even more happy to check me in and reassured and calmed any unease I was experiencing. In record time as I was completing a form, Technician Magaly called me back and again was happy, courteous and also reassuring. She was professional and very friendly as she performed the scans. My daughter had an MRI done today at Diagnostic Imaging for an arm injury. We were concerned because she has piercings and was unsure if she would be able to have the imaging done. However, we spoke to MRI Technologist, Ken, and he was able to remedy that issue and the procedure went smoothly. Ken was very friendly and I appreciated his pleasant manner. Thank you to Ken and the other techs that made this a pleasant experience for my daughter and me.
I have just spent Friday and part of today just trying to make an appointment. After waiting on line you are transferred to an answering machine that says leave a message. However they do not call you back. This is not an appointment system; it is a disappointment system. Update two weeks later:. Tried again, someone answered the phone, said I did not need/could not make an appointment--it was walk -in service for x-rays. (Information not available on their website. So my ranking for ease of making an appointment/obtaining information would still be one star.) However when I went there, I found it to be a professional, friendly operation, so I am changing my ranking from one star to five.
Great place and all the staff is very professional! Mr Treymayne M. is very efficient, patient and well mannered. He helped a lot with the insurance’s authorization and kept me informed. I appreciate him.
I had a MRI done, the technician Matt was caring, patient & helped me with my concerns regarding the closed MRI.
I highly recommend this place.
