what can i say about this place?! first & foremost, Steve the owner definitely went above & beyond to help my husband & i find our new mattress. i had mentioned to him before that we had a memory foam mattress & he taught me about the different kind of mattresses there are & what may be best for my husband & i. we decided on which mattress we wanted to buy & we set up our delivery for the day after next! the delivery guys were super friendly & great, super professional.

my favorite part of this all, i had THEE BEST sleep on that mattress the first night. my husband & i both slept like babies & woke up super refreshed the next day. definitely going to refer everyone i know to Steve & Mattress Universe!

I brought a new full size mattress that fit into my budge at mattress universe. I was really pleased with my purchase and will visit the store again. The staff had excellent customer service. I really appreciated the staff taking the time to explain to me about what to look for in a quality mattress. I was able to ask a lot of questions about the mattress and felt the staff was honest in their response. The delivery process was fast and safe. The staff also set up the mattress and adhere to COVID-19 guidelines. The original mattress I purchased was out of stock at the time of delivery, so the staff upgraded the mattress without an additional cost. As a realtor, I work with my clients to help them transition to their new home, I now have a place to send my clients when they are looking for a quality bed(s).

This is the place to go if you need to buy a new mattress. Don’t waste your time going to other stores or searching online. Steve the owner beat all prices I saw online and in other stores. If you tell him what you are looking for and your budget, he will make it happen. He has a nice selection of beds in his store. The delivery was on time and quick and easy.
