ATI is a fantastic physical therapy establishment. The entire staff was awesome and greeted you as you come in. The physical therapist were knowledgeable, and very good in strengthening whatever physical issues you may have. Very personable and good all around people to work with. I would recommend the Hyattsville location to anyone who needs physical therapy. I hate getting injured but if I have to go back to somebody, they would be the number one on my list. And most importantly, my physical issue is totally healed.

Front desk: Friendly and efficient. PA: Helpful and kind. Doctor: Knowledgeable, informative, and engaging.
Wait-time: beyond atrocious. I waited over an hour past my appointment time... an appointment that took less than 20 minutes. I had to use PTO to take off early to make the appointment, so this felt like a complete waste.
My inclination is to give more like a 3 or even 2 star because of how infuriating this was; however, since this was my first visit here, and everything else was fine, this could have been a one-off, so I'll moderate my judgement unless future visits show this to be a trend.

My experience was a wonderful one. Dr. Thompson was great he was patient, came in the exam room with a smile on his face and you can see he LOVES what he does. His personality shows it. His bedside manner bar none. And the staff was also very professional and curtious. I will recommend this office to all my family and friends.

Dr. Daniel Perez is one of the best doctors I've received care from. He was very respectful, understanding, and handled all of my questions/concerns with the utmost professionalism.
