The Lube Center

Amazing job!!! The workers were extremely friendly, and gave my dog a treat. The prices are so much cheaper than jiffy lube , and they educated me kindly on everything they did. Definitely would come back.

Went to get a top off and air for my tires. I would like to compliment 2 workers but don't know their names, a young lady light in skin tone and guy with glasses who assisted with the car. Very nice with excellent customer service. On another note the manager dark woman with braids needs an attitude adjustment, very nasty.

So well worth it!! They gave us full service. Topped off all the fluids, gave us cold complimentary waters, cleaned the front and back windshields and gave us a free car wash in addition to the oil change! The staff was very professional and friendly throughout the entire visit. Will definitely be back again.

The service at the Lube Center in Laurel is great! I was greeted by a friendly employee who also assisted me to the lounge area (I am presently using a cane to move around). Tijuan (another employee) came into the lounge to get information on my car. He explained everything in great detail and answered each question I had. I was interested in finding a mechanic to perform needed work on my car . . . I asked if he could help. He gave me the address of a Lube Center that actually does regular mechanical work. All-in-all the employees were exceptionally friendly and helpful . . . I would recommend the Lube Center for oil changes and beyond.

My experience was great and very professional. The Manager Dani greeted me and told me any concerns she observed about my vehicle. She addressed the difference in cost because my vehicle took 2 more quarts than regular vehicles. The Manager also made me feel very comfortable and grabbed me a water. I recommend this service station. I will be returning for future oil changes.
