One of the staff members was very helpful. The cashier sits in an area where she blends in and is hard to see.

I called 4 other beauty supply stores to find what I call "black hair liquid gold" which was the Shea Moisture Yogurt Protein treatment that I mix with the Makuna Honey Masque. They were the only ones to carry it in the area!!! Not your typical beauty supply store, staff are genuine and personal.

This is my new favorite Beauty Supply. The employees are very friendly and helpful. They don’t act like you are a walking virus (coronavirus) when you enter and while shopping. They speak to you and actually take the time to ask if you need assistance. I’ve been to so many Beauty Supply stores where they dont even speak to you or ask if you need help finding something. No manners what so ever. They act like “you need them”, when really, it’s the other way around. They need us! They need our business and coins, so they could try to keep their business open. Since it seems like they don’t realize that, I’m going to help them (Beauty 4 you- in Largo MD) by taking ALL of my business down the street to BSW Beauty from now on. 😆

Staff always speaks when you come in and genuinely offers help if you need anything unlike some places. They know their inventory very well and I do not believe they've ever not had what I was looking for.
