Experience is great so far. Very friendly staffs. Patrick served me and I was pleased with his professionalism. Got a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from them and it is still with me. I will update this review if anything changes later while returning the car.

I have been dealing with Enterprise car for several months now as I'm waiting for a car part. Every car I've had has been very clean and in great condition. Every interaction I have had with their employees has been fantastic. Every employee has been incredibly professional, friendly and polite. A great experience thus far.

Terrible customer service from 1 particular employee. I have been jerked around for over a week now. I have called a total of 3 times and only had the opportunity to place a reservation the third time I called and the employee I spoke to (didn't share his name) was giving me major attitude and was talking to me like I was stupid and asked to call me back 2 times during the call because there were other people waiting to be serviced. Apparently I am less important than other customers. I refused because the last time I agreed no one ever called me back and this just seemed to frustrate the employee further. He also tried telling me I wasn't the same person who had called before because they had inputted my name incorrectly with one minor spelling error. They have also told me that they don't have enough vehicles and over the past week and that no one has returned a car and other lame excuses that I find very hard to believe. You're a car rental service and you're telling me you have no vehicles to rent out? I have been without a car for 3 weeks now because I was rear ended. I now have to wait until Tuesday once again to *possibly* get a vehicle. If it weren't for my insurance working with this company I would already have gone somewhere else. This is my first time ever having to go through this ridiculous process as I am a young person with no previous experience. I would not wish this ridiculous run-around on anyone. Customer service training for this particular employee should be a top priority.

EDIT!! I am changing my original rating to 4 stars. When I recieved the vehicle, I was helped by Patrick who was provided great customer service, which made up for the run-around I had previously dealt with. When I returned the vehicle, I was helped by another employee named Fabio, who also provided exceptional customer service skills and made the process of returning the rental vehicle fast and easy. He also asked me how my experience was with dealing with enterprise to which I explained what I had previously gone through trying to get the car in the first place. He was apologetic and understanding. Just as I was about to leave Patrick came out and also apologized for the lack of customer service I had previously encountered and offered for the company to cover a portion of the cost of the rental insurance that my insurance wouldn't cover. This act of kindness and generosity absolutely made my day. Thank you both for your wonderful customer service, you both made my day a little bit better:)

Company easily found online, Complete and clear information. Very easy to book. The branch is located in a convenient area and easily accessible via the highway and boulevard. Arrival safe place presence of a well-maintained parking lot respectful of the accessibility of people with intellectual and physical disabilities. Entrance, counter, customer services at the same ground level. A very warm welcome, always listening to customers. Simple, fast, intuitive rental confirmation process. Fleet of recent rental vehicles. A+ extremely satisfied with the maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicles. Return without comment. Very fast !

I recommend. They can count me as loyal customers.
