“My son has just completed Stage 1 of his orthodontic process; our experience with Dr. Scott and his team has been excellent from beginning to end. I currently have two children who are orthodontic patients of Dr. Scott's; they have received excellent care from his entire staff. The techs are truly professionals with children - kind, thoughtful, comfortable, cheerful, and patient. We see Dr. Scott himself at each visit, and he is careful to explain each step of each orthodontic stage clearly (and repeatedly, if necessary). Additionally, the appliances and methods Dr. Scott has used are innovative and effective; this was one of the primary differences (and reasons we chose this practice over two other orthodontics doctors). For example, he did not resort to nighttime headsets, nor was there ever need for us as parents to turn 'cranks; to tighten appliances. The appliances and methods he used seemed to work much more "with" our kids' mouths and stages of development, rather than to mechanically "force" their teeth into and out of place. I liked that the methods he applied were gentler on our kids' mouths but worked effectively in a reasonable amount of time. Further, Dr. Scott has made every effort to accommodate our limited financial resources, offering us discounts for paying all at once, having more than one child in orthodontics, making appointments at "off times," and a free consultation and x-rays. We have been extremely pleased with such personal and exceptional dental care - and our entire family feels like we're meeting friends at their appointments rather than "going to the dentist." “I can't say enough positive about this dentist office. Dr Khan is very knowledgeable and so kind. She recently hired a second dentist who is just as pleasant and thorough. My children come here as well and they are a very young, curious crew. Dr Khan is so patient with them letting them know exactly what she's doing and showing them the instruments ahead of time. I have had some bad pediatric dentist experiences in the past, but we absolutely love Dr. Khan. I would recommend her to anyone no matter your age.”

“Every interaction that I have had both with Dr. Vargas and every other staff member I've encountered has been a positive one. They are always upfront and clear about treatment options and out of pocket expenses, staff are always polite and go out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience, the treatment rooms are very nice, the equipment is newer and works properly, and their tools are technologically advanced. “I highly recommended Dr. Packman to anyone in need of an outstanding periodontist. He is informative of all of procedures, making sure I was comfortable throughout my implant & gum graft surgeries. He even gave me a phone call to check in afterwards, which was very caring. Not only he has done 2 perfect dental surgeries on me, he is very calm & polite, and his humming makes these scary procedures therapeutic! All of his personnel are extremely nice & friendly. Especially Nurse Penny, who was very attentive, kept putting chap lipstick on me during the surgeries, to making sure my lip weren’t cracked post-surgery! I will miss my visit with Dr. Packman, as he really is the BEST I know!”
