“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I had a wonderful experience, I can't say enough good things about this dealership and Mr. Berrang! He's been so sweet and understanding throughout the whole process. I totaled my first car, but insurance didn't declare it totaled until my rental expired, so I was in a very tight spot as I work two jobs and go to school full time and couldn't afford to miss anything because I was out of a car. Even in this desperate situation, Mr. Berrang was absolutely wonderful! Not only did he give me the car for an amazing deal, he walked me through the process and even came to me for all the paperwork and everything! I was worried that as a young female car buyer I would be taken advantage (which has happened at more well known retailers like CarMax and such, who tried to sell me a car for well past the actual value). But Mr.Berrang treated me like family, and was so helpful through this process that it was not nearly as stressful as the first time I bought a car! I absolutely love my new car and am so so happy with this purchase and experience! I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a good deal, especially anyone that does not know much about cars (like me!).
