  They know theur product but get ready to pay. Rates are high but they do a great job. It's like getting a brand name prescription versus a generic one.

  First off I’d like to say my family has been patrons of Atlantic Tractor for decades. There is a reason for that! We have always been shown professional courtesy and excellent customer service. Today was no exception. My wife and father decided to surprise me with an extraordinary present (at least to me), a new commercial grade John Deere zero turn lawn mower. We had been back and forth on which company, make, model etc to purchase but we knew John Deere had always provided quality machines. So, my wife and father spoke with a sales rep from Atlantic Tractor in Queen Anne. They were immediately impressed with his friendliness, knowledge, experience and motivation. This sales rep not only took the time to explain everything about the mower in question but actually had my wife get on the mower so she could see firsthand why John Deere was the mower for us. She tends to have many questions (seriously, she does) but the sales rep answered each one with confidence. Once the mower was delivered to my house, reps from Atlantic Tractor stood by and made sure everything worked as it should. The sales rep even paid me a visit to verify my contentment. Thank you Atlantic Tractor and a bigger thank you to sales rep Hunter Allen!!!

  I needed a new chain for my chain saw and Gabe at the parts counter was very helpful. He not only found the part for me, but he spent a lot of time showing me how to put the chain on the saw. I truly appreciate that he took the extra time even though he was very busy behind the counter. Thanks for providing wonderful service, Gabe and Atlantic Tractor!

  Excellent sales and service. I have bought and serviced many tractors at this location for more than 20 years. The staff is always very helpful and informative. Service is done on time and for the price they quoted.
