This past winter, Nikki essentially saved my life. Navigating insurance is SO COMPLICATED. All of the options, all of the various plans, which one is more helpful, what is an HSA? I had no idea about anything- and I work in healthcare! Nikki was patient, compassionate and brilliant. She truly knew the answer TO EVERY SINGLE QUESTION. It was the first time in my life I felt like customer support had all the tools to help me find my answer. Nikki communicated with me mindfully and patiently throughout every step of the process and even corresponded with me afterwards to make sure all was taken care of.
