(September 3, 2019, 10:56 am)Extremely professional, courteous, intelligent management and senior staff providing excellent customer service. I cannot comment on junior staff as I did not interact with them, seniors were manning the counters when I arrived on this very busy holiday. Bathrooms need cleaning but it was extremely busy.
(June 23, 2019, 9:15 am)This particular restaurant is always clean and now has order kiosks for added convenience. I prefer ordering with the person at the register, because they are always welcoming and friendly. The food here is very good - my double hamburger closely resembled the one on the menu, instead of being flat and small. The fries were perfectly cooked (some restaurants overcook and over-salt them), and the vanilla shake was thick and delicious.
