“We are Eastern Shore locals who had just spent 3+ hours sitting in bridge traffic trying to get home on a Friday. Our car was making some alarming noises and it was getting late. We called Richard and he said he was stuck in the same traffic and would meet us at the shop. We got there and he ran a full diagnostic on our car. We were worried that it was going to be a cost we couldn't afford and worse yet, we would be without a vehicle (our only vehicle) while it got repaired. There was possible talk of having to go through the engine. We were getting pretty discouraged when on a whim he asked if he could check something else. Turns out the last place we had gotten an oil change at ( a major chain which will remain anonymous) hadn't filled up our oil and it was practically empty! Richard and Chad stayed late and took care of us right on the spot. I am beyond grateful that they took the time to check for a small issue before it turned into a major problem. They took the time to explain everything to us and treated us like family. I can honestly say the prices were extremely fair and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. My husband and I have found our permanent auto repair shop! Thank you Richard and Chad!”

The only down fall with the office is the two nurses at the front desk have a nasty attitude it almost seems like. The smallest thing seems like an inconvenience, they have an attitude in there voice half the time, they didn’t have change for a 20 and made as if that was my fault by having an attitude. Smh. My son is really shy around new people (he's only three and this wasn't the shop he's used to going to) and whined quite a bit as a stranger cut his hair, but the gentleman continued to show patience and did a very good job at trimming his hair. He continued to talk to my son to try to keep him calm, was gentle, and overall just was very pleasant to be around.
