“We love this park. Family friendly , pet friendly, get hiking - can take a short walk/hike (15min) or longer trail (45min) to the beach. Can get very busy on holidays and weekends though- parking is very limited inside of park but you can park on the street. This place is also free! Which is wonderful. Worth the visit!”

“There's a kids playground and a great view of the bay. Other than that the park is pretty bare. No real parking spots, you just park in the ditch. I've seen people fish here. And I've even seen a wedding take place here. It's nice quiet place with a view. ”

“I saw mixed reviews for this place so was a little unsure about going but it was much better than I expected! It wasn't buggy at all though it has not rained in a couple of days when we went. The water is shallow enough for small dogs to go in and the beach nice and sandy. We really enjoyed our day trip here and will definitely be back! Bring please type of snacks and water since there isn't anywhere nearby to purchase those items.”
