Another company had come out ordered parts didn't need and left saying not able to fix.Affordable Plumbing came out on time worked on a hard to get to place called company that made the heater.They told him part I needed was under warranty.They sent the part to me free of charge and Affordable can back and installed the hard to get to part and I had hot water when he left . I will recommend them to anybody and will use them again.”

Over the years we had it looked at and serviced several times by various companies, but the problem would eventually come back.
