“I'm new in the area and needed a doctor. I was referred to the Hollywood Medical Center from another office that was unable to see me. All I can say is it was a God send. Everyone on staff has a wonderful and helpful attitude. Susan helped set up an appointment with CRNP Michelle and told me that I would like her. She was right! I'm not a fan of doctors and avoid them at all costs, but this time I felt cared for, not just my immediate health issue but gently and in an encouraging way helped me proceed with other tests that were long over due. Nurse Carrie (not sure I'm spelling her name right) took blood work and helped me with other information I needed. As I left the office Nurse Carrie gave me a hug, what a way to love on your clients. I have to say in my 58 years of life I have never been hugged when I went to the doctors office. When I checked out I was told that Susan wanted to come out an introduce herself to me, just another bonus to my trip to the doctors. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and woman who helped checked me out could not have been any nicer. I'm thankful for this Medical Center and the staff. I have found a new doctors office to care and treat me!”

“Dropped my prescription off at about 6:15, went back around 6:40 to pick it up but had forgotten my ID. I told them I'd be back in 20 minutes, they said OK. Went back at 7:06 (I know it's past closing) there were still customers in the store and I needed my medication. They refused to open the doors and I was without my medication for the next day as I had no way to get back because we have a single car in my family, that runs at least. I had bought Shampoo earlier and the cashier, Jarret, was chatting it up with the other cashier there about hunting and accidentally shooting dogs. Not very professional of him in my opinion and will not be taking my prescriptions there any longer. (Edit) This is when it was St. John's pharmacy. They have excellent staff now, and I fill every prescription here.”

We had been having a difficult time finding not only a quality truck but helpful customer service. However from the moment I called Bayside in Hollywood and Alice answered our call we received the absolute best service! Not only was Alice standing in the cold waiting for us greeting us with the warmest personality but she also had the truck we wanted to look at ready to be viewed and ready for a test drive. After viewing the truck we decided it wasn’t what we wanted. That’s when Alice became the most helpful person ever and worked to find us the truck that fit us the best. Her knowledge and attention to detail was amazing! Bayside also had the most helpful finance manager! Steve worked diligently to get us the best deal and to make sure my wife and I were taken care of and comfortable with everything. At the end of the day buying a new car or truck can be a total nightmare. However Bayside in Hollywood makes the entire process not only bearable but easy and enjoyable. Their personnel there are all friendly and fun to be around! I would recommend this 100 times over to anyone that could possibly need a vehicle!
