One of the best auto shops
I came out here by the recommendation of my roommate after dealing with less than savory service at a different shop and I'm glad I did! The last shop wanted to completely replace the brakes, calipers, and other misc things amounting to a gigantic repair bill that in the end did not address the actual problem with my brakes. I explained my situation to John and he took the time to look into the problem, research it, and even took the time to explain and show me the problems in my car.
He took the time to order the right parts for my car and got right to work on it as soon as they arrived. One of the parts that Chrysler delivered was incorrect from what he ordered. Determined to try to get these issues resolved for me, he looked further into the issue and discovered a better fix that ended up not needing the replacement part anyway! They've saved me time and money, have been incredibly friendly, and were very flexible with me in making sure I could get my car when I needed it.
He was very thorough in his explanation of what was done to fix the problems in my car and went above and beyond by making a small fix for me in something that he noticed while working on it.
As someone who grew up a mechanic's daughter and now lives too far away to depend on that anymore, it's nice to know there's still honest reliable folks for car repair. Thanks a million!
Took my truck in for cooling system work. They gave me a fair estimate then drove me home.
As promised they called to tell me the job was complete and picked me up to get it. The price was the same as quoted and the heater feels great

In my '85 Plymouth Voyager minivan the differential spider was worn excessively by the left driveshaft at about 50,000 miles. The mechanic reamed the outsized hole in the spider and installed a bushing for slightly less than replacing the spider (that did not have a bushing).
