  My family was required to evacuate our home in Virginia due to Hurricane Florence. While staying with my sister in-law, my daughter's orthodontic device became detached and needed re-bonded. We called Dr. Koterwas' office to see if their staff could assist us. We were told to come in immediately, had no waiting upon arrival, and the device was fixed quickly and easily. And, to our surprise, they did not even charge us! We are so grateful for the care and concern of Dr. Koterwas and his staff. Thank you for your outstanding customer service. We highly recommend your office.

  I love this office! I have been going since 2010 and got my braces off in 2011. I still go occasionally to get new retainers. I called earlier today about a concern and they were able to squeeze me in this morning! While there, I mentioned I haven't been to the new location and how beautiful it was. The front desk receptionist kindly offered me a tour! The kindness and welcoming atmosphere is amazing! Definitely recommend!

  I have been a patient of Dr.Koterwas for almost a year now and have had nothing but pleasant experiences. Initially, I was a bit anxious on whether I could even afford my braces, but thanks to an option to do a payment plan, it was very affordable to do. His staff is extremely friendly and all have a very family-like feel to them. It is a very personal experience being there around people that genuinely seem interested in your wellbeing and day to day activities. Although I no longer wear braces and do not go in to the office as often- Dr.Koterwas and his staff have left a very memorable impression on me. I will most definitely point any friends or family looking for an orthodontist his way!

  We love being a part of the Koterwas Orthodontics Family, because that’s how we’re treated, like family. My daughter’s teeth look AMAZING to boot. Honesty and integrity abound here!
  Easy to schedule appointments and we have rarely had to wait even when the office is busy. They run like a finely tuned machine.

  They seriously are the real deal, not just out to take your money. They treated me so kindly I legitimately can’t say enough good about them. My teeth are migrating back to their old crooked positions and I went in for a consult for braces etc when I realized it would be a while before I could afford the payments they GAVE me a retainer so my teeth wouldn’t get worse in the mean time ????❤️ They are amazing.
