She was so patient and informational/educational and caring to what we were looking for and offered us many options in making the right decision. Very professional and sweet, she made it seem we were important to be taken care of and not a number to gain a "sale" like with other businesses these days. We weren't just a number, we felt taking care of like a friend. Even offered us coffee or water. She was very pleasant to do business with. Mattress Firm is very lucky you have her. “Mr. Tire was an amazing experience! They fixed my daddy's brakes in no time. Their staff members were kind and considerate. My dad bought the wrong parts and they patiently waited for him to go buy the right ones. My dad works 24/7. He only had a small window of opportunity to get his brakes fixed. They worked on his car 15 minutes before close. These guys made our week! Their service was Amazing! Oh and their shop is one of the cleanest and nicest auto shops I have ever been to. I highly recommend them! Incredible customer service and great prices! Thank you Mr. Tire! :)”

“I visit this Lowe's almost as frequently as the grocery store. Always greeted when entering the store and have never had issues finding help. I consider myself well versed in most home improvement tasks so don't know the level of expertise around the departments. However, when rebuilding my fireplace/mantle I did have technical questions involving painting masonry and Robert from the paint department nailed the answer and was very knowledgeable. Have never found an empty shelf(other then sales items) and always fast checkouts and quick service.”
