“I’ve lived here 2yrs. When I first viewed the property I thought the rooms were real small at first also, but I moved in and I have a California King size bed, dresser, desk, 50inch tv and still have room on both sides of my bed a plenty of room and his and hers separate closets in the master bedroom. My kids room is across from me and they have 2 XL Twin beds, dresser, desk , 42inch tv and nice closet space in their room. I have a large bathroom with double sinks, large wall mirror and a large linen closet in bathroom on 3rd floor. My 3rd room in basement level is smaller but I have a pull out sofa , tv stand , 55 inch tv, nice closet and a full bath with a vanity sink, toilet and a stand up shower with glass door and that room has a sliding glass door in main room area to enter outside. My 2nd floor level where my living room is has a very large sectional, chair, ottoman , large tv stand, 65inch tv and lots of space for my kids to play around. My kitchen is not that large but lots of cabinets and my lavish dining room table sits in there with my glass sliding door that exits to my patio???? oh let’s not forget I also have a1 car garage that’s large and used as a rec room for kids to play in???????????????? Trust me it’s not as small as it seems!!”

“After reading all the poor reviews I was skeptical. But, when I spoke to a few of the residents I realized that this is a great place. Best location for sure. Plus, they price matched and lowered our rent by $200 a month. Shelia really took care of us and didn’t make us feel pressured. Decent place to live with awesome location. Now, it’s not perfect. The grills are older and need replaced. A/C in my place seems to run a lot. But, at the end of the day. I would highly recommend this complex. And, the fees were low with no deposit. And, if you apply in person they waive the application fee. By far the easiest place to get into with little money out of pocket.”
