I took my 1025R in for a full servicing (tractor, backhoe, loader and mid mower), hydraulic fluid change, blade change and repair the park brake. I’m very happy with both the work and customer service. Not only that, the turn around was impeccable. I wish I could remember my mechanics name but he and Zack were awesome!
Atlantic tractor serviced my x-360 for the first time today. They came on site and did everything here. They did an exceptional job.
I would be remiss if I did not mention that there was a problem. The technician made a mistake. There was no attempt to hide it, there was no attempt to discount it or deny. What he did do was say, “there was a problem, it’s my fault, I’m sorry and we’ll fix it.” When I went out to check on the status there was a second truck that showed up with the replacement and that replacement had already been installed. Then he apologized again.
Mistakes happen and things go wrong, in my estimation it’s how you deal with them that demonstrates the commitment to ensuring that your reputation is above reproach and that you care about your customers.
I hope that this review is some measure of recognition of the service that I received today. I don’t know if they’ll anyone will be persuaded by my experience but their integrity, guaranteed my business.
