“PHEONMENAL experience started from the initial call. Initially I was told when I called there was no availability and typically they see emergencies but they had a technician go home, no biggie I worked in the dental field I get it. The woman was SUPER friendly though and did provide me with another office in Prince Frederick which couldn't get my husband in until tomorrow. I called back and asked to be put on the short call list and a different person at the front desk told me she would go speak with the provider. She came back to the phone and said she actually spoke with the OM who suggested we come in today at 12:45 and they would be more than happy to accommodate and boy did they! We are self pay patients so I knew it was going to be expensive REGARDLESS (its a specialist and an emergency, duh). We went in and were greeted by the same friendly faces who were over the phone filled out our paperwork and they took my husband back immediately and gave him numbing drops to help him be comfortable (WEAR YOUR PPE PEOPLE!). I honestly anticipated a lengthy wait because we were being squeezed in, however, he was taken back almost immediately (within 15 mins of us checking in). Dr. Wang provided excellent bedside mannerisms easing my husbands anxiety over his very blue and very sensitive eyes being messed with and within seconds the object was removed and Dr. Wang provided us with a souvenir so my husband has a daily reminder of why he needs to wear the damn glasses! I was VERY happy with our overall visit and would DEFINITELY refer them to anyone and everyone!”

I found this doctor to be sincere, compassionate and the best of the best in regards to his education, bedside manner, professionalism and overall training. He spends whatever amount of time needed with each and every patient. He is definitely one of the smartest and most compassionate physicians I've ever came in contact with. I thank God for guiding me to his medical practice. His patients respect, love and revere him. I highly recommend him to any person who needs a genuinely caring, extremely competent physician.”

“This visit the employees that I spoke with were polite and helpful, and the pharmacy was fast enough. The pharmacy always seems like they need one more person, and the employee always seems stressed and irritated (probably from being understaffed and having to deal with customers who are upset about having to wait so long). I like when they have the by one get one free sales, that usually makes the prices competitive with the larger stores. I like shopping here for quick visits because it is usually faster than going to the grocery store, their (non-sale) prices are often a little bit higher than the grocery store. I do like that they have a good selection of different brands of vitamins and most are good quality which is something that you don't get at many other stores. The cashiers are usually friendly and polite when I go. All in all, if the every day prices wete a little bit lower I would probably shop here more often.”

The store has many things for which I am shopping in addition to my prescriptions. Plus, if they don't have something, they can often order it for you. The employees are courteous and helpful. “This facility is absolutely wonderful. The people are very nice and knowledgeable. they are very accommodating and make you feel special. Dr. Koth is very good at what he does. He spends time with you and fully explains what is needed and why. He is open to any questions or concerns you may have and is skilled and cautious when needed He understands you and is professional and polite. His goal is to provide you the best physical improvement needed for your specific issue. He was highly recommended by my orthopedic doctor and I was not disappointed. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of physical therapy.”
