Only negative was balls/pins occasionally got stuck and had to be reset, but that was easy enough to do. “We were convinced that our transmission needed replaced. We called this place because of the great reviews, and so glad that we did. Carl is awesome!! He said Let's look at it and see what we can find. They fixed it the same day that we took the car in to have diagnostics performed, so we didn't have to take car back for repairs. They could have said, yep needs a new transmission, but instead they were honest, and repaired the transmission. Great shop and very reasonable prices!!”
