“My father was very ill (Hospice) and he wished to be home and we hired Bright Star and could not have been any happier! Our first contact was with Roxy and she was wonderful. She is full of knowledge and kept in touch with us as we had met with her about a month prior to hiring the company. When we decided to hire Bright Star it was last minute, and everything ran smoothly, and Roxy met with us the night before. She always made herself available to our family.
