“I have shopped at two other goodwill outlet stores or as seasoned shoppers call it "the bins." This one stands far and above as significantly superior. The ladies there are soooo friendly and helpful. They regularly sort through the shoes to make sure everything has matches as well as through housewares to make sure nothing is broken. The store has plenty of carts and the bathrooms are super clean too. They change the bins regularly and even though I went on a Saturday, everyone was so pleasant and nobody acted like their life depended on how quickly they went through bins and grabbed things. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience and I will definitely be back! One note of improvement would be to add maybe a bench or two so that you could easily sit down and sort after you are done shopping. It wouldn't take up too much space and it would be my only thing of note.”

“I loved the whole experience!! Washing at a laundromat couldn't be more pleasant.. Free coffee, a wonderful lady on staff. Even had a cell phone charger to borrow, anything to be of help. The place is clean, decorated, well maintained, and in great repair. They offer wash and fold for cheaper than anything I've seen. But with a laundromat that is as comfortable as sitting in a friend's kitchen, I think I'll do it myself everytime..A Hagerstown gem!!!”
