“The cookie jar employees are always nice but today they went above and beyond. I have gotten a few birthday cakes there in the past but always kept my options open. After today I will likely get all cakes there from now on. Upon picking up my cake it had slightly fallen apart. The decorator quickly fixed it. I took it home very slowly but before leaving for the party I checked on it to find it a disaster. So I called the cookie jar to ask for help. They called their decorator back in and promised to fix it. Not only did she do an amazing job fixing it she then delivered it to the party on her way home. Sometimes it seems that people have forgotten about simple things that make great customer service and experience. But I can say those at the cookie jar still appreciate it and haven’t forgotten. So if you have tried them check them out. Not only do the great customer service and are always donating to the community but their bakery selection is extremely yummy.”

“I highly recommend this place. The customer service is excellent and they fixed my bike for a really good price. They ordered the part i needed and put it on for me. But what really stood out was the fact that on a day it was snowing and they were closing early they waited for me to get there so they could fix my bike before they closed. I really appreciated that. They went above and beyond what i would have expected.”

“We have cabinets in our kitchen from Hagerstown Kitchens that are from 1984 and are still flawless! they are heavy, solid, and the finish has not worn despite decades of use. For reference, my parents still have their cabinets from 1995 from a different manufacturer and the finish has worn on most of the edges. If I ever move and need to redo a kitchen or get cabinets for another room in our house, I will use this company.”

“Stopped in for a to-go lunch order on a Thursday. Not too busy, but certainly not dead. All of the staff I talked to were super friendly. I ordered the cream of crab soup, the brisket and a quarter rack of ribs. For sides I got the Mac & cheese and the veggie of the day (green beans sautéed in an Old Bay butter). The soup was delicious and FULL of crab meat- the best I've had in this area. The brisket was delicious, if slightly on the fatty side. The flavor was great, even without BBQ sauce- just enough smokey flavor to be good, but not so much that it's overpowering (I've got a picky eater at home who hates smoke flavor, and he would have still enjoyed this). I ordered the smaller portion, and it came with about 4 good sized slices, and they were tender enough that I used a spoon to cut them. The ribs were cooked well- the meat came off the bone easily and had a nice crust, though they weren't quite as flavorful as the brisket. The Mac & cheese was good, definitely made in-house (unlike a lot of other restaurants), and the green beans were fresh, though a little bland. All in all, it was a very good lunch and I'll definitely be back, especially for the crab soup and the brisket!”

“A place that's great for pizza and almost everything they serve with an authentic Italian style. Lively place with an informal decor. I had the seafood combo that's my personal favorite. The meal starts with a fresh salad then the entree with delicious crusty bread. Yummy. I frequently order food to go or delivery. Both are great decisions.”
