(September 10, 2018, 11:29 am)The Cushwa Basin is a great place for people who like to walk or bike beside the canel.The Cushwa Basin has a spot to fix your bike it has tools also a air pump its very clean and in a good location it has bathroom also a place that has maps and other thing to buy inside the cushwa building.
(June 20, 2018, 8:26 am)Not a large visitors center but does have a tourable lockhouse and boat rides down the canal.Very interesting things to be seen down the towpath .Aqueduct is being renovated so can't visit .Saw more park rangers at this particular visitor center than I have all this year visiting state parks.
(April 6, 2018, 7:57 pm)I like the c&o canal. The visitor center is worth taking a look around if its open and you got a few minutes to spare. Not very big but a few interesting things.
