  Always had good dealings with Aarons at Hagerstown. If I saw something that I wanted and needed, I got it with no hassle at all. I prefer automatic direct billing on my credit card to avoid payment problems.
  
  Once in a while people might have a bad month, those things do happen in life. Just call up Francine or Albert and they will treat you with respect and work with you. Just communicate with them and you will be fine.
  
  Forget Rent A Center, they charge too much and they will not work with you if you get behind one payment.

  Excellent service here. Ask for Albert, Christina and Francine for assistance. They are wonderful. You can choose the 1st of the month, the 15th of the month as your due date and then either make monthly or twice a month payments. Also make sure to ask for your Military discount if applicable. You can make payments online, via telephone, and at the store.

  I ordered a used washer and dryer that very quickly had an issue...they delivered a new set for me, no questions asked. Sure there was a slight price increase for it being a new set (which I happily paid), but their customer service imo was second to none. Love these guys!
