(December 24, 2018, 10:43 am)Housekeeping is amazing, breakfast is great and the hotel is newly remodeled. We had a few small issues in our room cosmetic wise but nothing overly off putting. It's a great place to stay and bring the family. We traveled with 2 adults,1 teen and 1 preteen and it was awesome.

Didn't get into the water, but, as an avid health nut, the gym equipment selection is terrible. Some treadmills/elliptical, a few weights (with no room to use it), and... That's it. Needs a total body system. Most 1-2 star hotels have them.
Other than that, it is a great experience
(December 19, 2018, 1:28 pm)great customer service Ashley and crew really make you feel welcomed! Hotel currently going through renovations of guests rooms as lobby is complete and thus far looks great. I always stay here when in the Hagerstown area.
(December 3, 2018, 6:09 am)Very friendly staff, and a nice facility. We ended up taking family photos in the lobby with the Christmas tree and the staff helped us, dealt with all the angles and everything that everyone wanted. And the place itself is gorgeous.
(November 26, 2018, 7:06 am)They are currently under a much needed renovation. Carpet was very faded and dated. Bed was decent but they gave us a bunch of pillows which was nice. Breakfast was better than most hotels.
