“They started out well by having coffee, hot chocolate, bottled water, and donuts for cold, hungry black-friday-shoppers. Then as I was walking, an older gentleman(Bill) who worked there asked how we were doing, and I asked where the LED flashlights were. He told me where, recommend one that he had that worked well, told me what it looked like and the features on it. I asked a simple question about a simple product and was very impressed with how helpful and thorough he was! Thumbs up! He deserves a raise....and by the way, we bought 3 flashlights, 2 of which were the ones he recommended and the other almost like it- only waterproof, and they work GREAT!!”

I had arrived one afternoon to check on some CO2 bottles and prices, without hesitation he helped and spent time on informing me of the best rates and deals. I visited 2 other locations before him and never looked back..... this is my go to guy and company. What other company like this would give out their personal number, and tell you to call, if I am ever in a pinch over the weekend and they are closed. I do everything for a non profit group of kids and having the best prices and courtesy really helps out. I have advised and am planing on trying to get the BIG company I work for to change to these guys. Some times good old customer is the best service you can have.”
