  Located immediately adjacent to the C&O this is a terrific place to stay while cycling on the C&O. The stretch from Cumberland to Hancock can be extremely muddy so the ability to wash both your bicycle and and your clothes at this stop is more than nice, it is essential. The rooms are nice, clean. The breakfast good. No complaints, this is a great place to stay,

  An older place that's been completely restored. Nicely done and very comfortable. Excellent location, just a few steps from the C&O tow path and the rail trail. Within easy walking distance of several excellent restaurants.

  Really nice B&B with a great view of the C&O Canal. After riding all day, I had a very satisfying couple of beers on the 2nd floor balcony in the afternoon sun. Very sweet. I was able to wash and dry my clothes at no charge in the provided washer and dryer. Close to town, where we ate at a great restaurant called Buddy Lou's. Nice big bedroom on the ground floor. I would debit stay here again.

Breakfast was excellent with soft boiled eggs, toast, english muffins, fresh fruit and other breakfast foods. I highly recommend stopping here if you are riding the C & O trail.
