“I absolutely love this gym. I've been a member for only a few months, but I can tell I'm going to be happy here for years to come. The gym is clean, pretty, and well kept, with amenities such as a steam room/sauna, fresh towels, showers stocked with shampoo/lotion, key lockers you don't need a padlock for, and handy wipe-down towelettes. The staff is helpful, friendly, and incredibly accomodating. I always get a cheerful greeting when I walk in. There's a great variety of classes offered in both the morning and evening. The instructors and trainers are very welcoming and helpful; I feel that several of them have gone above and beyond what is expected of fitness instructors in finding in-class alternative movements for those who aren't up to the level of the rest of the class or have weak areas. Nancy, the Sunday yoga instructor, even researched some extra exercises for me when I explained I had poor balance due to a previous foot injury (and thanks to her help, I'm now back to where I was before my injury!). The attention can be as remote or as personalized as you'd like, but I greatly appreciate the opportunity to get to know the instructors and other class participants. I have never once felt like I "don't belong" here, which can be a big problem at some gyms. If anything, I feel like I can do MORE and do BETTER because of the positive attitude that practically oozes out of the place. I highly recommend joining this gym, particularly if you need a friendly and encouraging face to get you in the door time and again.”

“First time trying this deli. Sandwiches were great. We ordered sweet potato fries, but they gave regular fries. But they were delicious . I'd say skip the crab soup. The flavor was fine, but I didn't find any crab meat at all. We will go back, just not for the soup.”
