“This is by far the best BB&T branch I have EVER been to!! I truly mean that. The staff are cooperative, understanding, and has absolutely the best customer service (and this is coming from someone who has worked in customer service for over 15 years). You never have to wait long at the counter, drive- through, or- and this is the best part- to talk to someone in the office. They have a Kuerig(or however you spell it lol...) coffee maker right inside with tea coffee selections just in CASE you do have to wait a few mins (but I've never waited more than ten!) All around, just wonderful! I always actually ENJOY going to the bank to chat with the gals and guys that work there but also just because they have ALWAYS worked with me to the best of their ability! 100% 5 stars!! Xo”

“I think they’ve earned a new customer. Was recently at the dentist right next door when suddenly I couldn’t turn my wheel to the right. Found that my heat shield from the manifold was rusted off and hung up in the steering shaft. All it needed was removed however I had zero tools and was short on time. I limp it next door to tell them my situation. 15 min later and it’s back up and moving. Great service. Will be returning for future needs.”
