“I've been to other mental hospitals and now I'll only go here. The staff are friendly and I trust them. Plus.. You get to have a lot more from home than other places. I actually really felt better after leaving. They practically saved my life! However, the communication amongst staff could be much better which is why I only gave 4 stars. It was very frustrating.”

“Had a trauma to the mouth 20 years ago and loads of work between then and about 10 years ago, when I walked into this office for the first time. Everyone there is warm and friendly. I have been through a lot with my mouth and it never gets easier. They are patient and sympathetic to my being a baby about it. Dr Nitzell gets in and gets out and doesn’t use excessive numbing where you’re numb hours after you leave, which is refreshing. They will work with you on payments if necessary and they still treat you with dignity and respect. This office is top notch and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’d recommend them 100x over.”
