She was so easy to talk to and listened to my symptoms. She had a great sense of humor. Laughter really does help. I have always had a great experience at the medical facilities in the area. I treat them with kindness and I get the same treatment in return. You only get back what you're giving out. Great experience!!! 5 stars!!!”

“Usually this is an outstanding place to get your blood work done. They usually stick you with the needle and you hardly know it. Today the curled blonde haired woman with glasses that drew my blood caused me pain the entire time she drew my blood. She mentioned nothing about being in training or anything, so that wasn’t the problem, and I have seen her I believe once before..which may have hurt as well. She apologized but everyone else there never does that. So if she calls your name (sorry I didn’t get her name) unless you don’t mind it hurting, ask for someone else or go somewhere else.”

“Nothing is perfect but this leans closer to a 5 than a 4. I went in around 9pm a few weeks ago with my male bullmastiff because he was having trouble breathing and wasn't walking well. They took him to the back and did some sonagraphy and found blood around his heart, it was bad but after talking to the doctor I made the decision to take him home and hope he made it to the vet appointment I had scheduled for the next day. At about 3:30am he work me up in clear distress and was struggling to breathe again. I took him in as quick as I could and the vet on duty was very respectful with what she was saying and very clear. I made the decision to put him down and we quickly filled out the paperwork and they brought him to me. They asked if I wanted more time, of course I did, but he was suffering and it was time. They were again respectful of me and my pain and comforted me until it was time to go. Since I have received sympathy cards that were personalized and hand written from both of the doctors I saw that night. In the worst of times, it was the best experience it could be. The question also comes to cost, I feel like the cost was very reasonable given it was an emergency and his condition. I would absolutely recommend this emergency vet without a doubt.”
