(December 8, 2019, 6:15 am)Happy to share that my overall experience at the Flatts Salisbury was a great experience. At the beginning of the semester there was a mix-up about where my roommate and I would be living. The office manager, Stephanie, along with the rest of the staff went above and beyond their duties to ensure we were accommodated and the problem was fixed immediately. The recently renovated apartments are very modern and everyone is very friendly and always willing to help. A great place to live.
(November 11, 2019, 3:29 pm)Apartments are clean and maintenance is fast. Every encounter I've had with staff has been pleasant and helpful! I had an issue with movers stealing some things from my apartment when the new furniture arrived, and when I brought the issue to the property manager I was expecting no help in refunding the money given that this was a company hired by the Flatts and no the Flatts themselves. This is was not the case! Stephanie, the property manager, and all staff were quick to help and shared my same concern and stress for the situation as if it were there own. Everything was replaced and the communication she kept with me through the whole process was amazing. Definitely best option for student housing in Salisbury.
