“I just did open a bank account with them & every single person i’ve talked to at both branches have been nothing but so nice & SO helpful!!! Especially at this branch, I can’t remember her name, and i assume she’s a manager.... her desk is the one closest to the counters, ANYWAYSSSS, once she saw how long the line was she walked right over & kindly started helping everyone & next thing you know it, everyone got what they needed done, everyone was happy, and the line was hardly a line anymore!! She’s SO sweet & SO helpful! she helped me with things i didn’t even know to ask about :) so thank you & im so glad i chose to go with BOA!”
