Our kitty was struck by a car and we were prepared for the worst. Called and spoke with staff and as soon as I arrived they started exam before I could even start paperwork. Very compassionate staff, very professional, a great facility. Staff Worked with us on all options and after great care we returned home and will hope for the best. Highly recommend!!
These people are wonderful. I came in with my 15yr old dog who had internal bleeding. It was super bowl so I had very little wait time. The vet told me what my options were, the risks and concerns and the costs associated with each. I went ahead with the surgery to give him a chance, he made it through surgery and was hospitalized for a couple days. While sadly we did not get the outcome I was hoping for, everyone from Angel at the front, Dr. Schroen and Dr. Haubacher and all the vet techs were so kind, compassionate, caring and just wonderful to both of us. I've seen some negative reviews and I do not regret the $$ that was spent in trying to give my boy a little more time on this earth. I know not everyone is in the position to pay over a certain dollar amount, but they are very upfront with the potential costs and do not make you feel bad if you can't afford it. I never felt they were just trying to get more money. Will I probably sell my kidney on the black market to pay off the bill? Sure. But I'd do it again. This is an emergency facility that has several people working overnight hours, must have all the expensive equipment needed to diagnose quickly. They all have a tough job from treating or euthanizing sick/injured animals to handling the very emotional pet parents. They are true angels in caring for your fur babies when an emergency arises and I'm thankful for everything they did.
We took our 15 year old pit with vomiting and bloody urine. Dr Storey found a 3.5 lb tumor and removed it. The entire staff were absolutely awesome. Can’t say enough about them. Wish they were open 24/7. I’d rather not go anywhere else. He is like a new dog. I thank them from the bottom of my heart. ❤️
We went to put our Pug down and everyone was extremely friendly. The doctor made it very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this place
